Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this resort had its ups and downs. The natural surroundings were stunning, with lovely outdoor views, but the experience was spoiled by persistent sewage odors and tight camping sites. Although I found the park to have some beautiful views, the amenities were inadequately maintained, and the advertised activities weren't permitted on-site. Overall, I’d say it’s not the most ideal place for RV enthusiasts, especially those looking for reliability.
The campground offers beautiful scenery and some nice facilities, but there are significant downsides, especially for larger RVs. I did enjoy the space between campsites and the range of activities available, yet the bathrooms and hot tub cleanliness left something to be desired. Overall, it seems like a decent place but not the best value for the price they charge.
We had a mixed experience during our stay. On one hand, the area near the water is beautiful and the camp store was fantastic. On the other hand, our campsite was small, and the garbage situation was unpleasant with overflowing bins. There were some pests around, and the men's showers left much to be desired. I could see potential here if they focused on some cleanliness and pest control issues.
The resort offers stunning scenery and a beautiful beach that made for a peaceful getaway, despite some rainy weather. While we enjoyed our time overall, the family room did not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Additionally, the mini golf area was in need of repairs, which was disappointing. However, the views and local shops were highlights of our stay.
Our family recently visited this resort hoping to create lasting memories, but we found it was quite a mixed bag. On the plus side, the children enjoyed the playground and riding their bikes, and we were lucky to find a decent campsite for our trailer. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the campground was disappointing, with many sites needing maintenance and a lot of permanent residents who didn't seem to take care of their surroundings. We appreciated the clean bathrooms, but we felt uneasy about the safety for our grandchildren and doubt we'll return.
